Smoked Applewood Tuna Avocados
- One 12-ounce can Bumble Bee Solid White Albacore in water
- 1/4 cup nonfat greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon minced chives
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Laguna Salt Summer Smoke Sea Salt
- 3 avocados, pitted and halved
- Drain water from tuna. Combine with yogurt, celery, chives, lime juice, and olive oil and mix together. Add Summer Smoke Sea Salt.
- Scoop tuna into halved avocados. Sprinkle with extra Summer Smoke Sea Salt before serving.
